Reasons for change of course
|-1: Poor UTME Result: Several course of studies have several entry requirements. In most cases competitive courses like Engineering, Medicine & Surgery, Pharmacy, Law, Nursing, etc have higher cut-off marks than other courses. Thus change of course becomes necessary when a JAMBite who initially registered for any of these courses obtain scores less than 200 or thereabout. Such candidate will be advised on the course to change to, according to his/her study needs.
|-2: Incomplete O’level Results: Often time, prospective students may apply for courses they do not have the required O’level results for. Such occurs when, for instance, a students with a pass in Chemistry applies for admission into Biochemistry.
